Superior NVH Control: Utilizing nano-level grinding processes to ensure extreme concentricity and cylindricity, effectively suppressing vibration and noise during high-speed rotation to enhance driving comfort.

High-Speed Dynamic Balancing: Each motor shaft undergoes precision dynamic balancing, supporting stable operation at speeds exceeding 18,000 rpm.

Advanced Heat Treatment & Hardness Control: Employing induction hardening or carburizing processes to ensure exceptional wear resistance and fatigue strength for splines and bearing journals, thereby extending the lifecycle of the electric drive system.

Structural Optimization: Supporting hollow lightweight designs and integrated oil cooling channel machining to effectively enhance motor cooling efficiency.
